Engineering Advantages

Built for demanding vacuum drying duty

Near-Instant Drying

After atomization, 95-98% of water evaporates almost instantly, making the process well suited to heat-sensitive liquids.

High Product Purity

Fine, uniform atomization yields powder with good flowability, solubility, and consistent purity from batch to batch.

No Crushing or Screening

Finished powder is obtained directly after drying for many liquids, eliminating downstream crushing or screening steps.

Adjustable Product Characteristics

Particle size, bulk density, and residual moisture can be tuned by adjusting atomizer speed and drying conditions.

Uniform Spiral Hot Air Flow

Filtered, heated air enters the top-mounted distributor and moves in a uniform spiral pattern for even contact with atomized droplets.

Flexible Heat Source Options

Heating can be sourced from electricity alone, or electricity combined with steam, fuel oil, or gas, to match local energy availability.

Two-Stage Dust Recovery

A cyclone separator captures the bulk of the product, with a bag filter and optional wet scrubber recovering fines before exhaust.

CE & ISO 9001 Certified

Every unit is manufactured under a CE and ISO 9001 certified quality system for consistent build quality.

Working Principle

The vacuum rake drying cycle

  1. STEP 01

    Feed Liquid Supply

Solution, emulsion, suspension, or pumpable paste is metered from the raw material tank to the atomizer by the feed pump.

  2. STEP 02

    Hot Air Distribution

Filtered air is heated and enters the top of the drying chamber through an air distributor, moving in a uniform spiral pattern.

  3. STEP 03

    Centrifugal Atomization

Feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer, spraying into extremely fine mist droplets at the tower top.

  4. STEP 04

    Co-Current Drying

Atomized droplets contact hot air in co-current flow, drying to a finished powder in a very short residence time.

  5. STEP 05

    Cyclone Separation

Finished product is separated from the exhaust air stream by the cyclone separator and, where fitted, a secondary bag filter.

  6. STEP 06

    Continuous Discharge

Dried powder is continuously discharged from the drying tower base and cyclone separator while waste gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
