1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern your use of www.ruibodryer.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Changzhou Ruibo Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ruibo", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about our industrial drying, granulation, calcination and mixing equipment and allows you to send us enquiries. It is intended for business and professional use.
3. Product information
We aim to keep the specifications, capacities, drawings and performance figures shown on the Site accurate and current. They are provided for general guidance only. Much of our equipment is engineered to order, and the actual specification is confirmed only in the written technical proposal and contract agreed with you. Product images and illustrations are indicative and may not show the exact configuration you receive.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between us. Prices, lead times, payment terms and shipping terms are valid only when confirmed in a written quotation, and may change before an order is confirmed. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation and, where applicable, receive the agreed deposit.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, product photographs, technical drawings, diagrams, logos and page design, is owned by or licensed to Ruibo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating our products. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, republication or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful; that attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system; that introduces viruses or other malicious code; or that interferes with the normal operation of the Site or with other users access to it.
7. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own discretion.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Site or its content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our liability in connection with the sale of equipment is governed by the contract for that sale, and not by these Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Site, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law that may apply to you.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force at the time you use the Site.
