Built for demanding vacuum drying duty
Up to 99% Mixing Uniformity
Repeated splitting and recombining of the material stream at the V-barrel arms drives mixing uniformity as high as 99%.
No Dead Corners
The V-shaped barrel geometry eliminates dead corners, ensuring complete discharge and preventing product carryover between batches.
Easy Discharge and Cleaning
Mirror-polished interior surfaces and a dead-corner-free design make discharge and clean-down fast between product changeovers.
Optional Forced Stirrer
A forced stirrer attachment handles fine powders, cakes, and materials with some moisture content that plain rotation alone cannot disperse.
Mirror-Polished Stainless Steel
Inner and outer barrel walls are mirror-polished stainless steel, giving an attractive finish along with easy sanitation.
Low Rotation Height, Fast Cycles
A low rotation height keeps the mixer stable and easy to load, with typical mixing cycles completing in 6-25 minutes depending on model.
GMP-Oriented Design
No dead corners and full-surface polishing support contamination control practices required in GMP-oriented production environments.
Eleven Standard Sizes
Total volumes from 0.18 m³ to 6.0 m³ across eleven standard models make it straightforward to match capacity to batch size.
Working Principle
The vacuum rake drying cycle
- STEP 01
Charge Components
Two or more dry powder or granular materials are charged into the V-barrel through the top loading port.
- STEP 02
V-Barrel Rotation
The barrel rotates around its horizontal axis, repeatedly splitting the material stream at the two arms of the V.
- STEP 03
Convection & Diffusion Mixing
Each split-and-recombine cycle drives convection and diffusion across the full charge, rapidly evening out composition.
- STEP 04
Mix to Target Uniformity
Rotation continues for the model-specific mixing time, typically 6-25 minutes, until target uniformity is reached.
- STEP 05
Discharge Blend
The mirror-polished, dead-corner-free interior discharges completely through the outlet valve, leaving no residual product behind.
