Working Principle
The vacuum rake drying cycle
- STEP 01
Charge Material
Wet powdery, granular, or fibrous material is loaded into the double-cone tank through the sealed feed port.
- STEP 02
Seal & Evacuate
The tank is sealed and the vacuum system draws down chamber pressure, lowering the boiling point of surface moisture.
- STEP 03
Constant-Temperature Heating
Hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil circulates through the jacket, conducting heat through the inner shell at a controlled 20-160°C.
- STEP 04
Slow Tank Rotation
The tank rotates slowly under power drive, continuously tumbling and mixing material for enhanced, uniform drying.
- STEP 05
Vapor Extraction & Recovery
Evaporated moisture or solvent is drawn out through the dual rotary joints by the vacuum pump and condensed for recovery where required.
- STEP 06
Discharge Product
Once target moisture is reached, the tank is positioned to its discharge angle and the dried product is released.
