Engineering Advantages

Built for demanding vacuum drying duty

High Thermal Efficiency

The fully enclosed circulation system raises thermal efficiency from a traditional 3-7% to 35-45%, with maximum efficiency reaching 50%.

Low-Noise Axial Fan

A high-temperature-resistant, low-noise axial fan circulates hot air throughout the oven for consistently quiet operation.

Adjustable Air Distribution

Forced ventilation through adjustable air distribution plates ensures uniform drying across every tray in the load.

Multiple Heat Source Options

Configure the oven for steam, electricity, hot water, far infrared, or a steam-electricity combination to match available site utilities.

Automatic Temperature Control

Automatic temperature control holds drying conditions within ±2°C throughout the cycle for consistent, repeatable results.

Easy Installation and Maintenance

A straightforward mechanical layout and accessible components simplify installation, routine maintenance, and tray changeover.

Interchangeable Trays

Standardized 460×640×45 mm baking trays are interchangeable across the product line, simplifying spares and tray car loading.

Industry Standard Compliant

Model designations align with China's national RXH industry standard, issued by the National Medical Administration in 1990.

Working Principle

The vacuum rake drying cycle

  1. STEP 01

    Load Trays

Material is spread across interchangeable 460×640×45 mm trays and loaded onto the tray car inside the sealed oven chamber.

  2. STEP 02

    Activate Heat Source

The selected heat source, steam, electricity, hot water, or far infrared, brings the chamber up to the set drying temperature.

  3. STEP 03

    Forced Air Circulation

The low-noise axial fan drives hot air through adjustable distribution plates, delivering even airflow across every tray.

  4. STEP 04

    Automatic Temperature Control

The control system holds chamber temperature within ±2°C, adjusting heat input automatically throughout the cycle.

  5. STEP 05

    Hot Air Recirculation

Most process air recirculates within the sealed enclosure rather than venting to atmosphere, sustaining high thermal efficiency.

  6. STEP 06

    Unload Dried Product

Once target moisture is reached, trays are unloaded from the tray car and the dried product is ready for packaging.
