Working Principle

The vacuum rake drying cycle

  1. STEP 01

    Charge Components

    Powder, granule, or liquid components are charged into the conical vessel through the top feed port.

  2. STEP 02

    Screw Rotation & Revolution

    The screws simultaneously rotate on their own axis and revolve around the cone, generating compound motion within the material bed.

  3. STEP 03

    Compound Motion Mixing

    Circumferential flow, spiral rise, radial discharge by centrifugal force, and gravity-driven descent combine to produce convection, shearing, and diffusion.

  4. STEP 04

    Optional Flying Knife or Spray Pass

    Where fitted, flying knives break up agglomerates or spray atomization introduces liquid, integrated into the same mixing cycle.

  5. STEP 05

    Discharge Blend

    Once target uniformity is reached, the manual or pneumatic discharge valve releases the finished blend from the cone base.
