Working Principle

The vacuum rake drying cycle

  1. STEP 01

    Feed onto Vibrating Bed

    Powder or granular material is fed continuously onto the vibrating fluidized bed through the inlet.

    Fluidizing Air Distribution

    Hot process air passes upward through the bed plate, fluidizing the material bed uniformly with no dead gaps.

    Hot Air Drying Pass
