This may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, country, and a description of your material, process or equipment requirements.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, the pages you view, the website that referred you to us, and the date and time of your visit.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, to understand how it is used, and to measure our advertising. We group them into four categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always active and cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — used to count visits and understand how visitors move through the Site. These are set by Google Analytics 4 (cookies include _ga and _ga_2YMD43MKY9).
  • Advertising — used to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and, where permitted, to show our advertising to people who have visited the Site. These are set by Google Ads (cookies include _gcl_au and _gcl_aw).
  • Advertising measurement pixels — used to measure whether a visit resulted in an enquiry. These are set by OpenAI.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations; to discuss technical requirements and provide after-sales support; to operate, maintain and improve the Site; to measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising; and to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases: consent, for analytics cookies, advertising cookies and advertising measurement pixels; legitimate interests, to respond to your enquiry, to keep the Site secure, and to improve our products and services; performance of a contract, where we are taking steps to enter into, or are performing, a contract with you; and legal obligation, where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.

6. Who we share your information with

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the Site and our business:

  • Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) — analytics and advertising measurement.

  • Resend — delivery of the email generated when you submit an enquiry through the Site.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers listed above are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK provisions.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the related records for as long as required to perform that contract and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations.

Analytics data is kept in line with our providers retention settings; Google Analytics is configured to the standard 14-month retention period. Cookie consent records are kept for 12 months, or until you change your choice.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete; to ask us to delete your information; to ask us to restrict or object to certain processing; to receive a portable copy of information you provided to us; and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
